These general terms and conditions of sale apply to transactions made between Toile Blanche, 826 chemin de la Pounchounière, 06570 Saint-Paul de Vence, and the Client.

‍RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

‍We wish to inform you clearly and precisely about our rates. They are expressed in euros and include all taxes and services, except for the tourist tax, which is to be paid on site.
Please note that the amount of this tax may vary according to new legal provisions.

The price of the rooms, as established at the time of your reservation and paid by you, constitutes the final rate. We also wish to specify that any price change due to subsequent promotions offered by our establishment, whether through our reservation service, our website, or our partner sites, cannot be applied to an already confirmed reservation.

Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon receipt of an initial deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your arrival, according to the following conditions:

‍For the flexible offer:

‍A refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival.

‍For the early booking offer:

‍Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Please note that this amount is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be modified.

‍For the group offer (>3 suites and min. 3 nights stay):

‍We consider a group booking all bookings with more then 3 suites per nights. All group bookings are required to have a minimum stay of 3 nights.

A refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival. It is important to underline that the payment of the first deposit validates your reservation and consequently signifies your acceptance of our general terms of sale and cancellation. In the event that the balance due is not paid on the agreed date, your stay will be considered as cancelled by you and our terms of sale will apply accordingly.

In case of payment by bank transfer or credit card, the banking fees must be paid by the client and added to the total amount of the stay. No payment by bank cheque or in foreign currencies can be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

‍‍!! We recommend clients to take out insurance covering cancellation fees !!

‍Here are the details regarding the terms of modification and cancellation of your stay.Interruption of stay and unused services.

If the stay is interrupted by the client, or if reserved services are not consumed or used by the client, for any reason (including medical or force majeure), no refund will be made.

Cancellation and modification by the client:

In case of a no-show or if the client cannot arrive on the scheduled day, the fees will correspond to 100% of the cost of the nights concerned. In case of a no-show, the client has 24 hours to inform Toile Blanche of their new arrival date. After this period, Toile Blanche reserves the right to resell the room.

Specific cancellation conditions according to the chosen offer:

‍For the flexible offer:

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 7 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.

‍For the group offer ( > 3 rooms)

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 14 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 30 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.

For the group offer ( > 5 rooms)

Non refundable.

‍For the early booking offer:

‍Full prepayment at the time of booking, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

‍Cancellation by Toile Blanche:

‍The reservation contract may be terminated by Toile Blanche without compensation in case of force majeure or impossibility of operating Toile Blanche. In this case, the deposits paid will be refunded to the client.

AUFENTHALTSBEDINGUNGEN & VERANTWORTUNG

‍Bei derReservierung werden Sie gebeten, die Anzahl der Personen - Erwachsene und Kinder -, die das Zimmer bewohnen werden, sowie die Vor- und Nachnamen aller Personen anzugeben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anzahl der Personen die maximale Kapazität des Zimmers nicht überschreiten darf.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Tiere in unserem Haus nicht erlaubt sind.

Die Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten müssen strikt eingehalten werden. Bei Nichteinhaltung werden zusätzliche Gebühren in Höhe des Preises für eine zusätzliche Nacht erhoben.

Alle während des Aufenthalts verbrauchten Extras müssen am Tag der Abreise mit Kreditkarte oder in bar an der Rezeption bezahlt werden.

Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, die Räumlichkeiten, ob privat oder gemeinschaftlich, zu respektieren und haftet für alle verursachten Schäden. Außerdem kann jedes Verhalten, das gegen die guten Sitten und die öffentliche Ordnung verstößt, die Direktion von Toile Blanche dazu veranlassen, den Kunden zum Verlassen des Hauses aufzufordern, ohne dass ihm eine Entschädigung oder Rückerstattung zusteht.

Beschwerden

Ihre Zufriedenheit ist für uns von größter Bedeutung. Bei eventuellen Beschwerden bitten wir Sie, uns während Ihres Aufenthalts im Toile Blanche zu informieren. Jede Anfrage bezüglich einer bestimmten Ausrichtung oder Eigenschaft der Unterkunft wird als Vorzug betrachtet und stellt keine vertragliche Garantie dar. Sie können daher nicht zu einer Entschädigung führen. Im Falle eines Rechtsstreits über die Auslegung oder Ausführung dieser Bedingungen, der nicht gütlich beigelegt werden kann, ist die ausschließliche Zuständigkeit nach französischem Recht bei den Gerichten des Handelsgerichts von Nizza angesiedelt.

‍Rauchen:

‍Alleunsere Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie diese Regel im Interesse des Komforts und der Gesundheit aller unserer Gäste respektieren.

Check-in / Check-out:

Die Check-in-Zeit für die Zimmer liegt zwischen 16:00 und 20:00 Uhr. Sollten Sie nach 20:00 Uhr anreisen, setzen Sie sich bitte mit uns in Verbindung, um den Empfang zu arrangieren.

Die Check-out-Zeit ist zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 11:00 Uhr vorgesehen. Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise informieren Sie uns bitte.

‍Rezeption:

‍UnsereRezeption ist von 8:00 bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Zögern Sie nicht, uns für Anfragen oder Informationen zu kontaktieren.

Externe Speisen und Getränke:

Im Toile Blanche sind wir bestrebt, unseren Gästen ein außergewöhnliches Luxuserlebnis zu bieten. Um die Eleganz und das Ambiente unseres Hauses zu bewahren, bitten wir Sie, keine fremden Speisen, Getränke oder Lebensmittel zum Verzehr in den Gästezimmern oder öffentlichen Bereichen mitzubringen. Unsere sorgfältig zusammengestellte Minibar und unsere preisgekrönten Restaurants mit den besten lokalen und handwerklichen Produkten sorgen für Ihren Komfort und Genuss. ‍Zusatzbetten:

‍EinZusatzbett ist in einigen unserer Suiten zu einem Preis von 80 € pro Nacht verfügbar.
Ein Babybett kann für 20 € pro Nacht zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

‍Parken:
